The previous website used a proprietary content management system that no longer catered to the organisation's needs. A private staff-section was needed that kept access to documents separate from the forum and allowed different access privileges to be set for both multiple forum user groups and individual documents. Restrictions on page access for different user groups (group heads etc.) was also set up.
