The Design
First we work out what you want your website to look like and what you want it to do. How the pages will look is very much due to the layout of individual pages and the pictures or graphic designs that appear on the pages.
Web pages also do far more than a printed page which is only viewed. They interact with the user and can be linked to other pages all over the internet. They can have tables of contents with links that when pressed, take the reader to the exact part of a long document. A page can be a form that is filled out and used to send you data by e-mail.
You may not yet know what you want your site to do (or know what is possible). We are happy to work with people who have little or no computer or internet experience and there is no charge for consultations either in person or over the phone.

Development
After the basic design is decided upon, the site is built and uploaded onto the internet. You may need some help in finding a space on the net for your site and a domain name. We can help you with this as well.
It is possible for you to go to your site as it is constructed and look through it. This allows you to decide on any changes you would like and have some control over how your site is developed.
For your website, you would need to supply us with
- photos or artwork that you want to appear on the site, either as a computer file or a document that can be scanned into a file.- text that you want on the pages. If you are not sure what to say, at least write out an outline of what you want said and the copy can then be written from that.
